Adam Marsh, President of Ledge Inc. and a Penn State engineer, leverages 5 years of experience as a Data Analyst and Engineer at St. Onge Company. Under Adam’s leadership, Ledge Inc. offers streamlined solutions and has successfully implemented quality systems, conducted process design, developed databases, provided quality tools and training, and performed data analysis for over 35 companies in South Central Pennsylvania and nationwide across diverse industries. Adam has also held key leadership roles, including Chair for American Society for Quality Harrisburg Section 503, Board President for The Manufacturers’ Associations of South Central PA, and Board President for Leadership York.

For over 25 years, Fred Marsh has been a key figure in guiding small manufacturers in South Central Pennsylvania and across the East Coast in developing quality management systems. Drawing on his background with QMS systems at PPC and Caterpillar Companies in York, PA, Fred specializes in ISO-style systems and has an impressive track record with over 75 successful ISO 9001, TS 16949, AS9001, ISO13485, and ISO14001 implementations. As an integral consultant at Ledge, Inc., Fred provides expertise in Quality System implementations, Quality System Certification support, Internal Auditing support and training, and Quality Management coaching.

Chad Yiengst, a seasoned Quality Consultant at Ledge Inc., possesses over 10 years of experience in quality and manufacturing. With a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Maryland and six years in leadership roles in the automotive industry, Chad is well-versed in Quality Management and Production Systems. His four-year tenure as the Quality Assurance Supervisor at Knouse Foods Co-op, Inc. further enhances his expertise, bringing invaluable insights into the Food Manufacturing industry to Ledge, Inc.

Joel Deibler, Ledge Inc.’s newest Quality Consultant, holds an engineering degree from Penn State and has 10 years experience in engineering, quality systems management, continuous improvement and manufacturing. Through various roles and projects Joel has been exposed to numerous environments/industries includes foundry, pharmaceuticals, consumer goods, metals industry, and automotive manufacturing. With his extensive background and an eagerness to serve , Joel comes to ledge in a position to be a valuable resource for our customers.

Gretchen Kowalik, the newest Quality Consultant with Ledge, Inc., has over 10 years of quality and laboratory experience. Gretchen holds a M.S. in Marine Biology from Florida Atlantic University. Previous positions have included working in marine mammal rescue and a grease and oil analysis laboratory. Both positions led to her working with numerous industries: including analytical laboratories, manufacture, pharmaceuticals, and energy production. With her varied and unique background, Gretchen adds extensive laboratory and analysis skills to Ledge, Inc.
